It's one of the major reason people fall when they lose the ability to accelerate, stop or change directions without losing balance. Today try moving in different directions in lateral, diagonal, break and go or backwards at gym, public park or any movable space. If you feel confident and in control of balance, try skipping or shuffling just like when we were kids playing.
