🤯 BATTLE AGAINST THE STORM! Solo Beach Camping Fails... Then We Find a SECRET Mountain Campsite! LC

What started as a simple solo camping trip took more twists and turns than a mountain road!

I set out with my mighty Land Cruiser Prado, heading toward a wadi, but my gut told me to switch to the beach—and I'm glad I did! The initial setup at Fujairah Beach was perfection. Picture this: beautiful waves, the smell of the sea, the sounds of race car exhausts, and a crackling bonfire ready to cook some buttery black lentils (Dal Makhani, anyone?).

But my perfect evening was short-lived! By 8:00 PM, the wind was absolutely brutal. We're talking gusts so strong they were actually wobbling the Prado! Safety first, so I had to make the tough call: pack up and abandon the beach camp.

The adventure wasn't over yet! Heading back to Abu Dhabi, the cool, crisp mountain air inspired an on-the-spot U-turn. New destination: Ras Al Khaimah! After a long, late-night drive, I arrived at a hidden gem—a surprise mountain campsite I'd stayed at before—and finally got some much-needed sleep.
