Joy Diversion: Road trip through Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, and Pioneertown

Join award-winning British TV presenter and journalist, Sophie Morgan, as she sets off on an epic, 3-part road trip through California with friends old and new, exploring the Golden State’s unique experiences and breathtaking landscapes, while leaning into the pure joy of the open road.

For the first part of the road trip, Sophie is joined by her best friend Jo. Their adventure includes Cap Rock in the iconic Joshua Tree National Park; a stay at the Autocamp Joshua Tree in the heart of California’s desert landscape; a visit to the state-of-the-art Spa at Séc-he in Palm Springs, built around ancient Agua Caliente hot mineral springs; and a slice of 1940s-‘50s Hollywood at Pioneertown, a former Old West film set turned living town, complete with saloons, stables - and even a jail!
