Is Vietnam a safe country or is Vietnam a dangerous country

In this video I will go over my traveling experience in Vietnam and let you know what happened to me while Visiting Ho Chi Minh city Vietnam in 2022. Vietnam can be unsafe for travelers so please be aware. If you are an expat in vietnam it can be dangerous as well. Please keep in mind all these experiences with thefts and scammers are my own personal experiences while traveling there.
