This easy homemade watermelon popsicle recipe has one ingredient: watermelon. These healthy popsicles are literally just blended watermelon that is frozen in popsicle trays or molds.

Ingredients
• 1 small seedless watermelon
Instructions
• Cut off the rind and toss. Chunk watermelon.
• Place in blender and blend until smooth.
• Pour watermelon juice into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top, and insert sticks or handles.
• Freeze. Takes at least 4 hours to freeze.
