On April 10, Tata Consultancy Services shared their Q4FY25 results. Despite a quarterly performance in-line with expectations, the company's salary hike delay stance made headlines. As per the company's Chief Human Resources Officer, Milind Lakkad, the salary hike announcement was delayed due to current 'global uncertainty'. With TCS withholding salary hikes, will other IT companies like Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, & HCLTech do the same?
