In this Zoho Forms + Zoho CRM integration tutorial, you’ll start in Zoho CRM, use the configure (nine‑dot) menu to access Zoho Forms, and create a new blank form with a clear, descriptive name so your team can recognize it later. In the form builder, you’ll drag in basic fields like Name, Phone, and Email and keep the layout simple for clean submissions.
Then you’ll open the Integrations → Zoho CRM panel, choose Leads as the target module with the standard layout, and map each form field to the correct CRM field (First Name, Last Name, Email), marking important ones as mandatory so every lead includes key details. After saving the integration, you’ll open the live form, submit a test entry, and then return to the Leads module in Zoho CRM to confirm the new lead appears with the mapped fields populated correctly.
