It is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month and so in respect for and honor of the many women and birthing people that have experienced a loss, I think it's important that we open up a safe, respectful, loving conversation around miscarriage. In this video I share the statistics, causes, risk factors, how to decrease your chances of one, signs & symptoms of a miscarriage, what the process could look like, resources for recovery and when it is recommended to try again.
