ingredients to make tacos
*5lbs beef cheek
*1 advocado
*Onion
*Cilantro
*Green Salsa
*Corn Tortilla
*Lime

In a large pot add water bay leaves salt pepper garlic oregano add the meat and let it simmer until is super tender, takes about 3 hours to get to that point.
