🍚 CHAWAL KA CHILLA RECIPE
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup Chawal (Rice) – 4–5 ghante bhige hue
2 tbsp Dahi (Curd)
1–2 Hari mirch
1 inch Adrak
1/2 tsp Jeera
Salt swad anusar
Thoda sa pani (grinding ke liye)
1 small pyaz (optional, finely chopped)
2 tbsp hara dhania (optional)
Oil – chilla sekne ke liye
👩🍳 Method:
Bhige hue chawal ka pani nikal kar mixi me daal dein
Isme hari mirch, adrak, jeera, dahi aur thoda pani daal kar smooth batter bana lein
Batter na zyada patla, na zyada gaadha hona chahiye
Ab batter me namak, pyaz aur hara dhania milayein
Tawa garam karein, halka sa oil lagayein
Ek kalchi batter tawa par daal kar gol chilla failayein
Medium flame par dono side se golden & crispy hone tak sekhein
Garam garam chutney ya dahi ke sath serve karein
🌟 Tips for Perfect Chilla:
✔ Batter ko 10 min rest dein – chilla soft banta hai
✔ Agar crispy chahiye to thoda sooji (1 tbsp) mila sakte hain
✔ Non-stick tawa best rehta hai
