2lbs Ground Beef
1/2C Hot Sauce
1C Brown Sugar
2T Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4t Salt & Pepper
1/2t Red Pepper Flakes
1t Onion Powder
1t Garlic Powder
Mix all together and place in a Ziplock bag. Put in the freezer
Crockpot warm or low setting until heated.

ROTEL CREAM CHEESE SAUSAGE BALLS
1lb Ground Sausage (Mild or Spicy)
8oz Cream Cheese, softened
1can Rotel (10oz)
1 1/2C Bisquick or Similar Baking Mix
1t Onion Powder
1t Garlic Powder
1/2t Salt
1t Pepper
Bake @ 375° for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

HANKY PANKY APPETIZER
1lb Pork Sausage (Regular or Spicy)
1lb Ground Beef
1lb Velveeta Cheese
1t Dried Oregano or Italian Seasoning
1t Pepper
