My name is Paul — and after 6+ years of coaching right here on YouTube, I’m excited to take you through today’s 12-minute core workout for adults over 50.
This routine features 4 challenging dumbbell exercises designed to strengthen your core from every angle — improving balance, mobility, and everyday strength.
Exercises included:
• Kneeling Wood Choppers (Left)
• Kneeling Wood Choppers (Right)
• Up & Overs
• Halos + Forward Lunge
We’ll perform 10–12 reps of each exercise, completing 4 total rounds.
Choose a heavy dumbbell you can control — because control builds strength, stability, and confidence in every movement.
