Capturing the pure yellow color of orange juice in a transparent glass is indeed an interesting challenge, as it involves playing with transparency, reflections, and the interplay of light and shadow.

To convey the transparency of the glass in your painting, ensure that you paint the glass edges slightly lighter than the central areas. This will give the impression of light passing through the glass and give an illusion of the curved shape of the glass.
Add reflections on the glass surface to mimic the surroundings. These reflections can be subtle highlights or reflections of objects nearby or some light sources.
The yellow juice stands out against the black background, which is good.
Please remember that the reflections on the glass and the some edges of it are the only elements which shows the existence of the glass. The shape of the reflections and highlights, and the shape of the content (Juice) defines the shape of the glass.
