Alabama HB73 Notary Bill Explained - Part 2: The details and my comments?

House Bill 73, the ‘Notary Integrity and Property Protection Act of 2025,’ proposes major changes to Alabama notary law, including shorter commission terms, new notary seal requirements, and stronger penalties for stamp misuse and notarial misconduct.

In this second video of a 3‑part series, I summarize the four (4) main elements of HB 73 and go into more detail - this time adding my commentary and opinion after doing some initial research. I also include a section called, "Here's what's missing from HB73". I offer some suggestions on how I think HB73 can be more effective.
