Experience a rare front‑view ride from the Kalamata Depot to the historic Kalamata Railway Station during the special New Year’s Eve event on December 31, 2025. This was the first train movement in the city in more than 15 years, making this short journey a unique moment for Greek railway history.
This video captures the full approach into the station from an external camera mounted on the front of the train, offering a cab‑ride‑style perspective of the line’s reactivation.

Note: We intentionally placed the camera on the left side of the train rather than in the center, because the available central mounting point would have obstructed the view for other photographers and vloggers covering the event.
