Nariyal ki Barfi
Mix & Heat: In a large kadai, combine grated coconut, sugar, and milk. Cook on medium flame until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add Milk : Stir in the Milk and continue cooking, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Thicken the Mixture: After 20–25 minutes, the mixture will begin to thicken and pull away from the sides of the pan.
Flavor It: Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Set the Barfi: Transfer the mixture to a greased tray lined with baking paper. Flatten and shape into a block.
Cool & Cut: Let it set for about 10 minutes while still warm. Cut into squares or diamonds.
Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator.
