Hey nerds! For my first deck tech from Tarkir: Dragonstorm, I wanted to build what I think is my favorite Sultai commander, Teval, the Balanced Scales. Found in the Tarkir: Dragonstorm Commander Precon Sultai Arisen. This mythic dragon is a powerful budget commander that can win via combat, combo, or however else you might want.
