A video journey taken from a first-person perspective of a circular walk from Ambleside to the small secluded Lily Tarn, a haven of tranquility.
The walk then advances to Loughrigg Tarn, a superb stretch of water set in a pastoral setting away from the tourist crowd.
From Loughrigg Tarn the walk takes us to Loughrigg Terrace, a level path far above the shores of Grasmere and continues to the shore of Rydal Water.
The walk ends in the beer garden of one of Wayfarers favourite watering holes - The Badger Bar at Rydal.
6.5 miles long and suitable for most walkers of reasonable fitness.
The video is sub-titled with comments and descriptions as we progress along the route.
