🍴 Najsočnija Lazanja ikada!
Pripremite savršenu, sočnu i kremastu lazanje koja se topi u ustima! Ovaj recept je jednostavan, ali ukusan, i idealan za nedeljni ručak ili posebne prilike.
Sastojci:
• 2 crna luka
• 1 kg mešanog mlevenog mesa
• 1 dl crnog vina
• Malo maslinovog ulja
• 1 l paradajz soka
Za bešamel:
• 50 g putera
• 50 ml ulja
• 4 kašike brašna
• 1,5 l mleka
• 100 g rendanog sira po izboru
• Začini po ukusu
• 1 pakovanje Barilla testenine za lazanje
Priprema:
1. Na malo maslinovog ulja prodinstati luk, dodati meso i kada se dobro prodinsta, sipati vino. Kratko ukuvati, pa dodati paradajz sok. Kuvati na tihoj vatri oko 1h.
2. Bešamel: na puteru i ulju prodinstati brašno, dodati hladno mleko i mešati dok se ne zgusne. Začiniti i dodati rendani sir.
3. Složiti lazanje: dno – bešamel, kore, paradajz sos, bešamel, kore, paradajz sos, bešamel, kore, i završiti bešamelom.
4. Peći 45 minuta na 200°C.
📌 Savet: Pustite da lazanje odstoji 5 minuta pre sečenja za savršene slojeve!

Ingredients:

• 1 kg mixed ground meat
• 100 ml red wine
• A little olive oil
• 1 L tomato juice
For the béchamel sauce:
• 50 g butter
• 50 ml oil
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1.5 L milk
• 100 g grated cheese of your choice
• Spices to taste
• 1 pack Barilla lasagna sheets
Instructions:
1. Sauté onions in olive oil, add meat, and once browned, pour in the wine. Cook a bit, then add tomato juice. Simmer on low heat for about 1 hour.
2. Béarnaise: sauté flour in butter and oil, gradually add cold milk while stirring until thickened. Season and add grated cheese.
3. Assemble lasagna: bottom – béchamel, sheets, tomato sauce, béchamel, sheets, tomato sauce, béchamel, sheets, finish with béchamel.
4. Bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
