Crotalus atrox – commonly known as the western diamondback rattlesnake. This is one of the most iconic rattlesnake species of the American southwest – and in recent years have more or less become the “ball pythons” of the venomous hobby. Not because they are popular pets, but because many incredible color mutations and combinations have been discovered and produced. In this video we showcase our atrox morph variety that we currently keep at our zoo. We don’t have every morph or combination there is, but we’ve got quite a few that we both keep and breed. Enjoy the footage of these incredible and often feisty snakes, and all the unique localities and color mutations we’ve got on display.
