Squadron Leader Avani Chaturvedi will be part of India's contingent for the maiden joint drills in Japan - Veer Guardian 2023 exercise. Her participation in the war games marks the debut of a woman IAF pilot in a joint international exercise. Chaturvedi is also part of India's first batch of three women to be commissioned as fighter pilots in the Indian Air Force.
