I paint and assemble the HO Scale Walther's "Champion Packing Company" structure kit for my HO scale model railway layout. I will actually be using the two buildings that the kit includes as part of my "paper mill complex" instead of using them as a meat packing plant.
I show how I prime and paint the brick walls, and how I paint other parts of the structure, as well as some basic weathering as part of the process.
This will be another great addition to the growing number of factories and other buildings along my model railroad.
This video might be helpful if you’re trying to learn how to build a plastic (styrene) model kit.
NOTE - in response to a question in the comments, here are the colours/paints that I used to paint this kit:
Red Brick on walls – Liquitex Basics Acrylic “Red Oxide” mixed with some “Burnt Umber”
Loading Dock (wood) – Liquitex Basics Acrylic “Raw Sienna” and “Burnt Umber”
Grey on Foundations – Floquil Reefer Gray
Silver on Trim – “Craft Smart” silver pen (from Michael’s)
