The making of seven large format, black and white photographs in Strathglass, Scotland in May 2025.
I walk through the trip, the negatives and the finished positives.
This is the first trip of a long term project studying the area covered by the Affric-Beauly hydro-electric power scheme which included Strathglass, Glen Affric, Glen Cannich and Glen Strathfarrar. I'm calling it the Strathglass project for short as that is the main glen.
