Fireworks Festival "Akagawa" Yamagata JAPAN

The Akagawa Fireworks Festival is a national fireworks competition that takes place at the Akagawa Riverbed in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. In 2014, it was one of the top 10 fireworks selections in Japan (Yahoo Fireworks) and was rated as one of the best in the national fireworks display.

At the “National Design Fireworks Competition” where top-class fireworks from around the country compete, the design is based on the linkage between music and the fireworks section competing for traditional Japanese fireworks technology. Divided into two sections, fireworks.

“Civil Fireworks” and “Ending Fireworks”, which fully use the launch width of 700 meters, are the highlight of the distance that can be looked up from the seat and the wideness of the maximum launch width of 700 meters.
