In this video I'm talking through and showing details of the flooring for my van! This took maybe about 40 hours all in? (I should really be better about recording/starting a log of my hours to be more accurate) This included cutting each of the 4 layers (minicell, XPS, plywood, and vinyl), many rounds of small adjustments, and gluing down the layers in turns.

What I don't mention in the video(s) is that I left a gap between the foam/plywood and the walls of the van which I filled with Great Stuff expanding foam. This prevents any squeaking caused by rubbing of the floor against the walls and gives the structure some flex to 'breathe'.

I am really happy with the way the floor turned out! With a little extra patience, the small things that only I can see would have been even better, but wow is this a showstopper of a floor! Only thing left to do is finish a couple of the stepped parts with stair edging!
