In this video, we will practice all four sections of the IELTS Listening module with clear guidance, question types, and answer instructions.

🔹 SECTION 1 – Phone Conversation (Recycling Programme Registration)
Section Type:

A phone call between a public member and a non-profit recycling group representative.
The caller provides personal and group details required for the recycling programme.

Question Types:

Questions 1–5: Note Completion (NO MORE THAN THREE WORDS AND/OR A NUMBER)
– Focus on address, collection frequency, names, email, postcode.

Questions 6–10: Form Completion (NO MORE THAN TWO WORDS)

How to Answer:

✔ Listen carefully for names, numbers, and spellings
✔ Write EXACTLY what you hear
✔ Do not exceed the word limit

🔹 SECTION 2 – Training Seminar Talk (CV & Interview Tips)
Section Type:

A monologue where a speaker gives important advice about CV writing and interview skills for students.

Question Types:

Questions 11–17: Sentence Completion (NO MORE THAN THREE WORDS)

Questions 18–20: Multiple Choice – Choose THREE correct options (A–G)

How to Answer:

✔ Read questions first to predict answers
✔ Listen for key CV tips, interview preparation steps, and important phrases
✔ Write short, clear answers within the limit

🔹 SECTION 3 – Academic Consultation (3 Speakers)
Section Type:

A returning student meets two academic advisers to discuss feelings, course experience, and future plans.

Question Type:

Questions 21–30: Multiple Choice (A, B, or C)

How to Answer:

✔ Identify who is speaking
✔ Focus on opinions, experiences, and recommendations
✔ Choose ONE correct option per question

🔹 SECTION 4 – University Facilities Tour / Lecture
Section Type:

A single speaker explains campus facilities, teaching methods, research skills, library locations, and student resources.

Question Types:

Questions 31–34: Sentence Completion (NO MORE THAN THREE WORDS)

Questions 35–36: Multiple Choice (A, B, or C)

Questions 37–40: Select FOUR correct letters from given building/centre names

How to Answer:

✔ Listen carefully for location details and facility names
✔ Use exact terminology from the audio
✔ Respect word limits strictly
