Today I am sharing a quick and tasty deep-fried snack recipe made with ground moong dal mixed with some simple masala.
Moong Dal Pakoda (35 to 40 numbers)
Yellow Moong Dal - 1 Katori (Around 150 gm)
Garlic cloves- 15 to 18
Green Chilies- 6
Fennel Seeds- 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander seeds
Salt- 1 Tsp
Onion Chopped- 1
Coriander chopped- 1 Kaotori
Curry Leaves Chopped- 12
Hing- 1/4th Tsp
Hot Oil- 3 Tsp
Pudina Chutney
Green Chilli- 5
Pudina leaves- 1 Katori
Coriander Leaves- 1 Katori
Ginger- 1 inch
Jeera- 1 Tsp
Black salt- 3/4th Tsp
Chaat Masala- 1 Tsp
Water- 1 small Katori
