Our client received a $5.2 million verdict. He was also kind enough to allow us to put this video online to educate both victims and other attorneys.
There has been some comments on these three videos of this doctor's deposition expressing admiration for the style, delivery, and intellect of this expert. We do not disagree. Rarely are defense experts clowns. They are paid handsomely to make a great appearance in front of the jury. This is what makes them so dangerous. But we get these types of experts even in cases like this where the liability is extremely clear. In this case, thankfully, the jury did not buy it for a second. The jury later told us they made a very quick decision on liability and then turned for the remainder of their deliberations to the amount of damages that should award.
