kīf hālak? - how are you? (Used to ask the question to a male)
kīf hālik? - how are you? (Used to ask the question to a female)
ʼanā bikhayr - I am fine
ʼanā bikhayr wal-hamdulillāh - I am fine, thanks be to God (This is a very common expression and is used by Arabic speakers of all religions)
ʼanā lastu bikhayr - I am not fine
