Karamoja is located in the North Eastern Region of Uganda, they are nomadic people who keep cattle and speak a language called Ngakaramojong.
The word karamonjong mean.
the old men can walk no farther" or "the old tired men who stayed behind". It comes from the phrase. Ekar ngimujong. They came to be called karamonjong during there migration from Ethiopia.
Karamonjong are suffering and dying because of hunger because of war that was happening previous years .and also due to harsh weather
