Interview with Edward [BOIT]

Well, this vid is my entry to the Challenge 1 of BOIT contest. And let me say what a challenge it was! We could use only one main effect. And we had some basic additional effects allowed such as pan crop and zooming. This fact really made me happy cause you know I can't do without all the close ups! :D But the coloring - it was a real challenge! We weren't allowed to have a proper coloring. We could only use black and white and contrast...And you know the twilight colors are awful...so I hope you enjoy it even with these hideous colors...ugh...

So I chose velocity (speeding up/slowing clips) as my main effect. This effect is really important for me because I like capturing feelings and emotions. As you can tell from the title, it's an allusion to the famous movie Interview with the Vampire. Those of you who have seen this movie know that this music is at the beginning of the story when Louis starts telling his "life" story to the interviewer. So I was inspired by this...Bella wants to be changed and Edward tells her his story full of horrors and hurt...You know that in his former years as a vampire he killed many people. They were bad guys but still - he killed them and it haunts him, etc...bla bla bla...you know...I'm just rambling again :D You know the story :D
I must say I enjoyed the dubbing :D Trying to put the voiceovers in new places so it will look like they are really saying what you want is a challenge but I like it :D

I know this vid is nothing special, there's no way I'm gonna pass this round with this video but I hope you will enjoy it at least a bit...Please, comment, rate...And to all the fans who love Interview with the Vampire and hate Twilight, please, leave, don't be mean...If you click the thumb down just because you don't like the fandom, it's really childish...but if you don't like my editing or sth, I accept constructive criticism...Well that's all from me...:D
