It's a busy time of year for Pitley Steam Railway as the Santa Specials are in full swing. Due to the popularity of the event the length of the train is now too long for the run round loop meaning two steam locomotives must be used for the main service.
This year the railway are also running a second non-Christmas themed service, specially for enthusiasts who want to visit the railway but not meet Santa. This has lovingly been named by the volunteers, the "Bah Humbug Express".
