In this video, I show you a variable anatomy structure in the knee, which can be seen on a knee MRI in the anteromedial corner. It can be mistaken for a meniscal fragment or MCL avulsion.

It is called the fascicular capsulofemoral band. Some other names exist, too; see reference.
