Big Luxury Yacht In Sulani | Houseboat for Family | (no cc) The Sims 4 Speed Build

Speed build of a pretty big and luxurious yacht that I built on a 50x50 lot in the beautiful world of Sulani from the Island Living expansion pack for The Sims 4! The boat has 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and fits around 4 sims. You can use this lot as either a fulltime home, or you can turn it into a rental house and take your sims on a tropical lavish vacation for a few days on the boat!
