🎄 Caramel Biscoff Cheesecake — Ingredients
Base: 2 pack Biscoff biscuits, 3–4 tbsp melted butter
Cheesecake Filling
400 g cream cheese (two 200 g packs), ¼ cup caster sugar, 1 cup fresh cream / double cream
2–3 tbsp caramel sauce, 1 cup Caramel sauce (for topping later), 9 g gelatin sheets, 2–3 tbsp cold milk (for soaking gelatin)

🎄 Cheese-Stuffed Garlic Buns — Ingredients
Dough- 4 g dry yeast, 30 g sugar, 160 ml warm milk, 200 g all-purpose flour (1½ cups), 4 g salt, 25 g melted unsalted butter

Stuffing & Topping
Mozzarella cubes (for stuffing), 2 tbsp melted butter, 2–3 garlic cloves, grated, Dried parsley, 1–2 tbsp milk (for brushing)

🎄 Christmas Wreath Hummus — Ingredients
Hummus
1 cup boiled chickpeas, 2 tbsp tahini, 4–5 garlic cloves, 1 tsp cumin powder, 2-3 tbspns Olive oil, Salt, 8–9 ice cubes

Wreath Garnish
Olive oil, Red chilli powder or paprika, Cumin powder, Finely chopped coriander, Cherry tomatoes
