Today I’m doing a timelapsed 2.5-ish hour oil painting portrait study & informal chat about where I’ve been, future plans for this channel, and the reasons I like to do portrait studies.
My Gear + Materials:
Surface: 5x7 inch Ampersand Value Series hardboard panel
Easel: Sienna Craftech Large Pochade Box (accessories other than the glass palette are sold separately)
Oil paint brands: Sennelier, Winsor & Newton, Daniel Smith, Grumbacher, plus others I like that aren’t shown in this video: Williamsburg, Rembrandt, and Gamblin
Medium: Liquin Original
Brushes: Blick Masterstroke, Daniel Smith
