Welcome to the faith over fear podcast. Chris and I just recently met and hit it off right away. I resonate a lot with his passion for Fitness, helping people and recovery as well as faith. And spending time with him and discussing our goals in helping people we decided to start a podcast to discuss the issues, men face surrounding mental health, alcohol, and substance abuse, and recovery.
