A complete midrange pull up shooting workout you can do by yourself. This 200-make workout will help you improve your midrange game and shooting off the dribble skills. It includes a variety of ways to get into your 1 and 2 dribble pull-ups including off the jab step, off the dribble, after a change of direction move, when in the pick and roll, and when in transition. Here's the workout:

200-Make Midrange Pull-Up Workout

1) 1 Dribble Pull-ups (80 makes)
16 makes at each of the 5 spots - both corners, both wings, and up top
At each spot, make 2 of each of the following:
rip through + 1 dribble pullup x2
rip, jab step, attack opposite and 1 dribble pullup x2
change of direction, right x2
change of direction, left x2
jab, attack opposite x2
jab, attack same x2
pump fake, attack right x2
pump fake, attack left x2

2) 2 Dribble Pull-ups (48 makes)
16 makes at both wings and up top
At each spot, make 2 of each of the following:
rip through + 2 dribble pullup x2
rip, jab step, attack opposite and 2 dribble pullup x2
change of direction, right x2
change of direction, left x2
jab, attack opposite x2
jab, attack same x2
pump fake, attack right x2
pump fake, attack left x2

3) Wing to Baseline Pull-Ups (24 makes)
make 12 starting at the right wing
make 12 starting at the left wing

4) Pick And Roll Pull-Ups (24 makes)
8 makes at the right wing, left wing, and middle
at each spot, make 4 for each of the following:
use the screen + 1-2 dribble pull-up x4
reject the screen + 1-2 dribble pull-up x4

5) Transition Pull-Ups (24 makes)
8 makes on the right side, left side, and middle
at each spot, make 4 of each of the following:
dribble move going right x4
dribble move going left x4

= 200 makes

1:36 - 2 Dribble Pull-Ups
2:43 - Wing to Baseline
3:18 - Pick And Roll
4:08 - Transition Pull-Ups
