Everyone has an inner child who yearns for freedom; when you release the courageous and happy child inside your heart, the child will accompany you on a journey to find your original heart. During the journey, you will find important messages that you have forgotten and buried inside your heart, and those messages will guide you to the next stage of your life. 為一名藝術家、暢銷書作家，同時也是一位創作者。目前共有九本著作，包含《靜坐的科學、醫學與心靈之旅：21世紀最實用的身心轉化指南》、《哈佛心體驗》以及七本兒童書籍，並以極優異的成績畢業於哈佛大學且獲選為斐陶斐榮譽學會(Phi Beta Kappa) 成員，現居住於北加州雄偉療癒的紅木林中，並深受大自然的優美與壯麗所激勵。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
