Today in this video we are going to learn how to make hotel style dosa Batter and masala dosa,onion dosa,Ulli karam dosa,butter masala dosa in hotel style in simple way.It tastes just like mysore masala dosa.we added cooling water while blending Batter because as we are using mixie jar to blend.It is necessary to avoid heating batter to make batter fluffy like grinder blend.

Ingredients :

For batter :-
Urad dal 1 Glass
Rice 3 Glasses
Chana dal 1 Tbsp
Fenugreek seeds 1 Tsp
Poha 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Water as required

Red Paste For Dosa:-
2 medium sized onion
4 to 5 red chillies
Lemon sized tamarind
Salt To Taste
Sugar 1 tsp

For Masala:-
Boiled potatoes 2
Tempering ingredients
Oil
Green chilli 1
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Green Peas 1/4 cup
Carrot 1
Cilantro
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Sambar Powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
