HAPPY (VERY BELATED) BIRTHDAY JESS, ELLA, & ABBY!!! Sorry this is really late, I actually got the idea for it a while ago but I totally screwed up and thought your birthdays were in July, only to realize that all your birthdays had come and gone a month ago and that I was a complete idiot! Anyway, since you all like SB I thought this would be a nice gift and also a nice challenge for me! I hope you all had wonderful birthdays!!

PLOT SUMMARY:

Basically a mishmash of some of the plot lines of the 3 first seasons - Barry starts getting his powers and working with Caitlin and Cisco, meanwhile Caitlin’s grief over Ronnie is causing her cold powers to manifest, but she’s too afraid to tell anyone. She’s also afraid of Barry risking his life and dying like Ronnie, so she ends up getting in the way of one of Barry’s missions, which ultimately leads to Henry dying. She feels horribly guilty but Barry forgives her. He feels it was more out of his fear than her own. But plot twist! It was actually Caitlin as KF who killed Henry (not that she was aware at the time, and she was under the influence of Zoom) and she starts getting flashes of memories of this but she’s not sure what it means.

Then Caitlin gets kidnapped by Zoom, and he facilitates her full transformation into KF. When Barry tries to rescue her, Zoom reveals to him that she was the one who killed his father. His plan has been to turn them against each other all along. Barry goes after Zoom in a fit of rage, and once he takes care of him, he goes after Caitlin to stop her from wreaking havoc on the city. Eventually he is able to get her to return to the Caitlin that he knows and loves…but does he have all of her back?

Little sidenote - This is the first time I’ve made a video of a ship I’m not fond of, but I actually found it surprisingly enjoyable! Part of that was probably the fact that it was AU and I got to put together a story which is always fun (even if it is pretty similar to stuff that’s happened in the show). Plus I LOVE this song and editing-wise it’s really cool to vid. Anyway, I think this showed me that it’s a nice stretch to vid things that you don’t like and/or aren’t familiar with, which is why I’ve decided to do a top 10 ships project instead of top 7 like I originally said, and include even NOTP’s and things I’m not familiar with (which might mean I just end up making a bunch of crap videos or it takes me 2 years idk haha)…but yeah, gonna upload that vid soon for voting!! :D
