YCC 2025, a civic engagement student program, ran through the entire legislative session, from mid-January to the end of May.
For the first time, YCC included an after school program, in which students acquired video production and on-camera interview skills.
-Training and interviews took place on 6 different school campuses around Oʻahu.
-49 students from 9 schools were certified through the program.
-11 legislators and 48 community organizers/members were interviewed in 2025.
