🔹6 ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರು (ಮಹೇಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ತಿಮರೋಡಿ, ಗಿರೀಶ ಮಟ್ಟೆಣ್ಣವರ ಸೇರಿ) ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಗಂಭೀರ ಆರೋಪ.
🔹ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲದ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಪುರಾವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ಹಾದಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಾಹಿತಿ.

The Dharmasthala case, which rattled the state, is taking an explosive turn. The SIT (Special Investigation Team) investigating the allegations of mass burial has submitted a 4000-page preliminary report to the Belthangady Court.

What does the report contain?
🔹Serious allegations against 6 activists (including Mahesh Shetty Thimarody, Girish Mattannavar) for misleading the court.
🔹Claims that a conspiracy was hatched to mislead the judiciary by submitting false evidence unrelated to the case.
🔹The report was submitted under the new law BNSS (Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita) Section 215.
