Stories of Transformation - Sami

In 2019, Sami was on a host of medications for depression, anxiety and sleeplessness. A friend gave him one of Dr Joe's books, and Sami decided to try some meditations. Realizing he could feel a little better by the end of even a few minutes of meditation, Sami began a daily practice.
