On my first installment of Baking with Brooklyn, we made Coffee Macarons! Often times macarons can seem like a very intimidating dessert but in reality it was more simple than you would think. Ingredients and measurements below:
Macaron Shell Ingredients:
-100g Egg Whites
-130g Almond Flour
-130g Powdered Sugar
90g Sugar
Icing Ingredients:
2 Sticks of Softened Butter
3 cups of Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 T Milk
1 tsp Instant Espresso
