Photo Gallery from the MIRA 106th Gala in 2024

After a year off, the MIRA Annual GALA returned. The 106th Black Tie event was held on February 3 where Shenandoah Country Club was transformed into Casino Royale.

Dressed in cocktail attire, guests entered the gathering space to taste appetizers, enjoy some drinks, and view a display of silent auction items that included Michigan State University Tom Izzo autographed floorboard, an Aiden Hutchinson autographed Lions jersey, and a rare photo featuring the celebrity trio: Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Junior, and Frank Sinatra among many other items.

Guests not only played several casino games like blackjack and roulette but also got a chance to win a variety of prizes including an electric snow blower, a Blackstone grille, a pizza oven, a solo stove, and an LG 65-inch SMART TV. The door prize was a Diamond Tennis Bracelet donated by Dash Diamonds.

Jason Carr served as the evening’s Master of Ceremony. He is the host of Jason Carr Drive and OVERdrive, a MIRA-sponsored weekday talk show on Facebook LIVE airing every morning at 9 a.m. and in the evening at 9 p.m.

Board chairman Mike Cavin belted out a powerful rendition of the National Anthem and Bill Wild, president and CEO delivered a recap of 2023 and what’s to come in 2024. He also shared how MIRA distributed $1.5 million in rebates.
