私の最新動画の上の短いイントロは気に入っていただけましたか？私のインスタグラムをフォローしている方は、私が今週は学校の勉強、バンドの練習、そして家政婦の仕事で忙しかったことをご存知でしょう！両親と私たちの本当の家政婦が病気になったので、私は彼らの世話をする時だと決めて、様々な家事などを引き受けました。朝食作り、洗濯、食事の準備、部屋の掃除、そして一般的な家事はフルタイムの仕事以上であることに気づきました。私はとても忙しく、新しい動画を準備したり録画したりする時間が全くなく、時には受け取ったコメントに返信する時間さえないこともありました。今では、両親と家政婦が私をとてもよく世話してくれたので、勉強やその他の興味深いことに集中できたのは幸運だったとわかっています。アコースティックドラムを録音するためのプレゼントをもらいました。使い方を理解する時間さえありませんでしたが、ある夜、バンドの練習があったので、それを持参してアコースティックドラムに取り付けました。ドラムの録音は非常に複雑で、高性能なマイクやさまざまな機材が必要です。この特別な贈り物をもらったので、試してみようと思いました。ただし、今日ご覧になる映像は、私の新しい「おもちゃ」を使用して録音されたものではありません。普段はコンピューターや音楽機器にかなり精通していますが、まだ使い方を理解する機会がありませんでした。それでも、映像は撮影されました。テレビやコンピューターで見ると、音質は許容できると思います。しかし、今回は、ライブショーでドラマーが来られず、ドラムのバッキングトラックが必要になったときに、スタンドアロンのバッキングトラックとして使用するにはまだ不十分です。すぐに機能させる方法を考えます。それまでの間、家事を手伝った後にドラムを演奏する今日の特別なビデオを気に入っていただければ幸いです。なぜドラムを演奏してこのビデオを準備したかったのか？その理由は、ほとんど何もする時間がなかった後、ドラムを演奏してリラックスして少し楽しむのが良いアイデアだと思ったからです。忙しい中、みんな元気に回復しています。いえ、次の動画を忘れていたわけではありません。準備中です。ギター動画も近々アップしますのでお楽しみに！

Do you like the above small introductory paragraph of my latest video? For those who have been following my Instagram, you probably know I have been busy with many things this week because of school studies, band practice and also, I have been working as a domestic helper! My parents and our real domestic helper had fallen ill, so I decided it's time to take care of them, taking up different house chores and all. It turns out that doing house chores like making breakfast, doing laundry, preparing for meals, sweeping the floor in general are MORE than a full time job! I was so busy I had no time at all to do anything in preparing for new videos and recording, sometimes not even time to reply to comments I receive. Now I know how lucky I have been, for my parents and our domestic helper taking very good care of me, so I could concentrate on my studies and on all other interesting things. You see, I received a gift for acoustic drums recording last week. I didn't even have time to figure out how to make it work but one night, since I had band practice anyway, I took it with me and had it installed on the acoustic drums. For drums recording, it's quite complicated, and sophisticated mics and different equipment are needed. Now that I have received this special gift, I wanted to give it a try. However, the footage you see today was not recorded using the new "toy". I still have not had the chance to figure out how to make it work, although I am usually pretty good with computer and music gadgets. Still, the footage was shot alright. I believe the audio quality would still be acceptable if you watch it on TV, a smartphone or computer. But, it's not good enough this time still to use it as a stand alone backing track should I need it in a live show and play through the PA system. One day soon, I will figure out how to make it work. Meanwhile, I hope you like today's special video with me playing the drums after working as a domestic worker. Why did I want to hit the drums and prepare this video? The reason is, I thought it would be a good idea to hit the drums and relax and bit for fun after having pretty much no time for anything. Despite being busy, everyone has been recovering well, and no, I didn't forget yet another new video. I am working on it and another new guitar video will be ready soon so please stay tuned!
