This is a quick video explaining my new method for casting 3d printed parts in high temperature alloys using a home made reusable mold material.
Materials used are silica powder 400 mesh, graphite powder, 400 mesh, bentonite clay 400 mesh, liquid silicone thinned with silicone oil.
I had issues with traditional methods and always wished a material like this existed so this is my first attempt at creating a recipe.
