We have 𝟒 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 of:
• Clams (8 reps ea.)
• Curtsey Lunge w/Kick (8 reps ea.)
• Fire Hydrants (8 reps ea.)
• Donkey Kicks (8 reps ea.)
P.S. you can definitely add resistance with bands, ankle weights and/or Dumbbells 💪🏾
