Iran Mall, also known as the Grand Bazaar of Iran, stands as a monumental shopping complex in western Tehran, recognized as the largest shopping center in the world. This establishment is designed for commercial, recreational, cultural, and sporting purposes. It also features several hotels, including a five-star hotel, and houses the Iran Mall Cinema, which is the only IMAX theater in the country. Nestled near the Chitgar Lake in Region 22 of Tehran, the construction of this project commenced in 2010, encompassing a substantial area of 1,950,000 square meters.

Iran Mall comprises three dining halls, an ice rink, a tartan athletics track, billiard and bowling halls, a helium park, a bicycle and accessories shop, clothing stores, a hypermarket, and a theater and cinema. By 2024, the absence of global brands in Iran Mall led to public criticism regarding its offerings.
The construction budget for this complex exceeded 22 trillion tomans. Bank Ayandeh, under the management of Jalal Rasoulf, has been identified as the primary investor in this project, while the contractors include Alborz Tat, managed by Ali Ansari, and Milan Holding, also managed by Ali Ansari and Alireza Biabani.
Iran Mall operates as a public joint-stock company, established with the authorization of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Monetary and Credit Council. A portion of the shares has been allocated, and following the project’s completion, the shares will be offered on the Iran Securities Market, at which point Bank Ayandeh will divest from ownership of the project. In 2020, it was reported that 35 percent of the shares had been sold, with the remaining 65 percent intended for sale through the capital market.
The initial conception of the Grand Bazaar of Iran belongs to Ali Ansari, and given its substantial dimensions, it is regarded as the largest shopping center globally.

ایران‌مال یا بازار بزرگ ایران یک بازار بزرگ در غرب تهران است که بزرگ‌ترین مرکز خرید جهان می‌باشد. این مال، با کاربری بازرگانی، تفریحی، فرهنگی و ورزشی ساخته شده‌است. همچنین دارای چندین هتل و یک هتل ۵ ستاره است و پردیس سینمایی ایران مال که تنها سینما آی‌مکس در ایران است، می‌باشد. ایران‌مال در نزدیکی دریاچه چیتگر در منطقه ۲۲ تهران جای دارد. ساخت این پروژه با زیربنای ۱٬۹۵۰،۰۰۰ متر مربع در سال ۱۳۸۹ آغاز گردید.

ایران‌مال سه تالار خوراک، یک پیست یخ، پیست دوٌ تارتان، سالن بیلیارد، سالن بولینگ، هلیوم پارک، فروشگاه دوچرخه و لوازم جانبی، فروشگاه‌های پوشاک، هایپر مارکت و سالن تئاتر و سینما نیز می باشد. تا سال ۲۰۲۴، نبود برندهای جهانی در ایران‌مال باعث نقدهایی از سوی مردم درباره آن شده‌است.
بودجه ساخت این مجتمع بیش از ۲۲ هزار میلیارد تومان بوده‌است. بانک آینده به مدیریت جلال رسول‌اف به‌عنوان سرمایه‌گذار اصلی این پروژه معرفی شده و کارفرمایان این پروژه هم شرکت البرز تات به مدیریت علی انصاری و هلدینگ میلان به مدیریت علی انصاری و علیرضا بیابانی بوده‌است.
ایران‌مال یک شرکت سهامی عام است. این شرکت با مجوز بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و شورای پول و اعتبار تأسیس شده‌است. بخشی از سهام، واگذار شده و پس از بهره‌برداری از پروژه، سهام در بورس اوراق بهادار ایران عرضه می‌شود و بانک آینده در پایان از مالکیت پروژه خارج خواهد شد. در سال ۱۳۹۹ گفته شد که ۳۵ درصد سهام به فروش رسیده و ۶۵ درصد باقی مانده از طریق بازار سرمایه به فروش برسد.
ایده نخست ساخت بازار بزرگ ایران متعلق به علی انصاری بوده و با توجه به ابعاد پایانی آن، بزرگ‌ترین مرکز خرید جهان محسوب می‌شود.
